How I Got Started

Being a teacher is something I've wanted to do since I was in middle school. I found a real love for teaching by helping other students with classwork and homework. Through my summer job working at Resica Falls Scout Reservation, a Boy Scout camp in East Stroudsburg, I was able to practice teaching during high school and college. I studied Secondary Mathematics Education at Penn State University and I am currently working on a Master's Degree in Instructional Technology at Wilkes University. I am currently a high school mathematics teacher at Mariana Bracetti Academy, a charter school in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
